The music of the South Coast of Iran :For historical and geographical reasons, the music of this region has been largely influenced by border Countries like India and the Persian Gulf countries as well as the migration of the Africans to this area; as a matter of fact, the greatest influence comes from African music. A... strong proof for this is the presence of Dramatic, ritualistic, and mythological elements in this music. The music of the south coast of Iran is absolutely rhythmic and mostly vocal.
